The vision stemmed from an already strong building relationship between designer Megan Metcalfe from Renovation Rescue and Builder Andrew Orlicki from AK Building and Developments. Together they have over 30 years design, build and construct experience.
Having forged a very strong reputation for the design and project management of over 500 renovations over the last 12 years in Gippsland, Megan after discussions with Andy knew they needed to find a way to offer this service and product to Gippslanders.
With new regulations allowing Victorians to have a second dwelling on their block February 2024 saw their vision come to light.
